Cancellation Policy
Here at The Strip we understand life happens but appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs of the appointment time. If you cancel after the 24hr mark/no show your appointment there will be a 50% service fee to the card on file. We allow a 15 minute grace period for your appointment after that the appointment will be cancelled. If the card on file is not active or declines the client will be blocked from books and not allowed to reschedule.
